Welcome to the BYU Configurable Computing Lab home page!
We are interested in the research of high-performance systems that are
based on FPGAs and FPGA-like devices.
Research areas that are of current interest include:
run-time reconfiguration, hybrid FPGA architecture, DSPs and FPGAs, and
application-specific processors. The lab has a strong applications
focus and has developed applications, demonstrations
and tutorials for many of the
currently available FPGA platforms. See the links below for additional
information on lab activities, personnel, an annotated
bibliography on configurable computing, and a series of instructive
tutorials.
